Overview

Angels Flow is a platform built for organizations, churches, clubs, and community groups. It helps organizations manage memberships, events, donations, communications, and more β€” all in one place.

There are two types of accounts on Angels Flow: User accounts and Portal accounts. Understanding the difference will help you choose the right registration path.

The key question to ask yourself is: Are you registering as a member of an organization, or are you registering a Portal for the organization?

User Sign Up

For individuals who want to join or interact with an organization that is already on Angels Flow.

Not sure which option to choose? If your organization is not yet on Angels Flow, start by selecting Create Organization Portal. Once your portal has been approved and set up, your members can register for user accounts and will be automatically linked to your organization.

How to Sign Up as a User

Follow these steps to create your personal Angels Flow account:

Go to User Sign Up

Click the "User Sign Up" button on the home page or login screen.

Enter your personal details

Fill in your first name, last name, and a valid email address. This email will be used to log in and receive important notifications.

Create a secure password

Choose a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters and numbers.

Verify your email address

Check your inbox for a verification email from Angels Flow. Click the link inside to confirm your account. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Log in and get started

Once verified, log in with your email and password. You can now access your membership cards, tickets, purchase history, and more. You can download Angels Flow app from apple store and access your informations.

How to Create Your Organization Portal

Portalregistration is for groups that want to use Angels Flow to manage their operations. Here is how to get started:

Go to Create Organization Portal

Click the "Create Organization Portal" button on the home page to get started. Whether you are an individual or an organization, you can create events, sell tickets, manage RSVPs, run donation campaigns, and more.

Enter your Portal details

Provide your organization/individual name, type (non-profit, church, club, personaletc.), address, and a primary contact email. This information will appear on your public portal.

Create an administrator account

Set up the administrator account for your portal. This will be the main account used to manage everything on the platform.

Submit for verification

Your registration will be reviewed by the Angels Flow team. Verification typically takes up no more than 24 hours. You will receive an email once your account is approved.

Set up your organization

Once your portal has been approved, log in to your account. You will initially be directed to your User Portal. From the left navigation menu, click Switch to Admin Portal. Your portal name will appearβ€”select it to enter your Admin Portal. Before you begin take a few minutes to complete your setup, it will help ensure a smooth experience for both you and your members.

Connect your payment account

To accept payments for memberships, tickets, and donations, connect a Stripe account from your admin settings. This step is required before you can collect any payments.

Important: Portal registration is intended for organizers for events, donation campaigns, create auctions, or membership systems and more. If you are an individual who is a member of an existing organization, please use User Sign Up instead. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us before registering.
